INGREDIENTS
-Ravioli (or whatever pasta you would like)
-Olive oil
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1 lemon (zest and juice)
-Chili flakes
-Parmesan
-Splash of cream

DIRECTIONS
-Cook ravioli to al dente (reserve pasta water)
-In a pan heat oil, add minced garlic and cook for a few minutes.
-Add zest of 1 lemon and chili flakes to taste. Cook for a minute or two, then add juice of 1/2 a lemon.
-Add pasta water and parmesan, mix well. Add a splash of cream and when the sauce comes together add ravioli and cook for a few minutes.
-Top with a sprinkle of parsley.
