Lemon Chicken Skewers

Quick and easy meal prep or dinner. Stop blandly grilling your chicken and do something more exciting with it!!

INGREDIENTS

-chicken thighs

-lemon zest

-lemon juice

-grated garlic

-paprika

-tumeric

-cumin

-salt and pep

-olive oil

-butter

DIRECTIONS

-cube the chicken thighs and toss with all the ingredients then skewer them (soak skewers in water prior)

-air fry at 400 for 12 minutes then flip and air fry for another 10 minutes (you can also grill them or convection roast)

-melt butter with lemon juice, grated garlic and salt salt

-after the chicken is done, take it out and brush it with butter mixture

-enjoy! I served mine with my spicy artichokes
