I love this recipe it’s cute and easy and I love that they have a crust without all the work of doing the whole dredge. I had mine with risotto (as per usual, this is basically becoming a risotto blog).
INGREDIENTS
-salmon
-olive oil
-paprika
-garlic powder
-onion powder
-turmeric
-ginger
-panko
DIRECTIONS
-Cut salmon into cubes
-Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric, ginger, and panko until it sticks to the salmon
-Air fry at 400F for around 8 minutes (if you like it pink like me take it out after around 6 minutes)
-Serve with rice or risotto
