Hot Honey Glazed Chicken

INGREDIENTS

-Chicken thighs

-flour

-egg

-panko and/or bread crumbs*

-honey

-hot sauce (I used frank’s red hot)

-butter

-any other spicy thing in your fridge!**

DIRECTIONS

-season the flour then bread the chicken in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs

-air fry for 30 mins at 400 and flip halfway through (make sure you use cooking oil spray so it doesn’t stick)

-in a pot over low flame mix honey, hot sauce, butter, and anything else. melt it all together and taste it. adjust it to your taste

-dip your chicken in the sauce and enjoy! 

*panko is better but if you only have regular bread crumbs that works too

**I used tabasco and wasabi paste but use anything spicy in your fridge. chili crisp would probably be good to add or really any hot sauce you like!

I had mine with mac and cheese but anything would be great with these. I used the leftover chicken for a salad for lunch the next day.
