These personal baked brie cups are so easy and delicious they will be a hit at any party you bring them to! Its so much easier to eat than a regular baked brie. Add prosciutto or salami between the pastry puff and the brie for a little something extra. You can also do half with one kind of jam and half with another if you have people with different preferences! I will definitely be making these instead of a whole baked brie going forward.
INGREDIENTS
-Pastry puff
-Brie
-Jam (I used apricot but anything works here)
-Rosemary
DIRECTIONS
-Melt your chocolate over a double boiler
-Oil a cupcake tin then cut your pastry puff into squares and add one square to each section of the tin
-Top each with a small chunk of brie and a dollop of your favorite jam. Then add a top with a few leaves of rosemary
-Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes until the brie is melted and the pastry puff is golden
