Super quick and easy side dish perfect for any dinner. It comes together in one pan and is pretty hands off. Adjust the ingredients to your taste!
INGREDIENTS
-soy sauce
-grated ginger
-grated garlic
-honey
-srirachia
-sesame oil
-rice vinegar
-sesame seeds
-carrots
DIRECTIONS
-Whisk together the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, srirachia, sesame oil, and vinegar
-Taste and adjust to your liking
-Pour sauce over carrots in a lined baking tray and toss
-Roast at 400 for 30 minutes tossing halfway through (keep your eye on these because they can burn easily!)
-Add sesame seeds and enjoy!
