*Not for the lactose intolerant this will basically kill you but for those of you who can digest dairy 10/10 would recommend making this! Super creamy and crispy. Next time I would even add crispy fried onions along with the Panko for topping. I served mine with slices of french bread, but pita or tortilla chips are great too.Perfect for a cold windy day! This is a super easy one pot meal that is great for dinner or a meal prep.
INGREDIENTS
-8 oz softened cream cheese
-1/4 c sour cream
-1/4 c mayo
-3 cloves grated garlic
-2/3 c grated parmesan
-1/2 c shredded mozzarella
-pepper
-1 can artichoke hearts drained and patted dry
-1 bag frozen spinach thawed
-Panko breadcrumbs
DIRECTIONS
-Preheat oven to 350 and spray your baking dish
-Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, pepper, and cheeses
-Squeeze out the thawed spinach with a dish towel or cheese cloth then chop
-Chop up the dry artichokes and add that and the spinach to the cheese mixture
-Add to the baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Take it out halfway and cover the top with Panko.
-Serve with chips or bread!
