Spinach Artichoke Dip

*Not for the lactose intolerant this will basically kill you but for those of you who can digest dairy 10/10 would recommend making this! Super creamy and crispy. Next time I would even add crispy fried onions along with the Panko for topping. I served mine with slices of french bread, but pita or tortilla chips are great too.Perfect for a cold windy day! This is a super easy one pot meal that is great for dinner or a meal prep.
